Terms and Conditions

By booking any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, safety and a positive experience for both you and your dog.

Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance. Initial enquiries are made via the Contact form, followed by a phone consultation before any first session is confirmed.

Payment is required in full prior to each session, unless otherwise agreed. Booking confirmation secures your appointment.

Cancellations &  Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Where possible, clients are encouraged to reschedule their session using the link provided in their booking confirmation.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If I need to reschedule an appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or time. Refunds are not offered in this situation.

In the rare event that a session needs to be changed at short notice due to exceptional circumstances, I will always aim to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible.

Discretion may be applied in exceptional circumstances.

Health & Welfare

You agree to inform me of any relevant medical, behavioural or welfare concerns relating to your dog prior to sessions.

Dogs must be fit and healthy to participate. If your dog is unwell, please rearrange your session.

I reserve the right to pause or stop a session if I feel that continuing would compromise the welfare of your dog, yourself, or others.

Safety & Responsibility

You remain responsible for your dog at all times during training sessions.

For walking services where your dog is in my care, I will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety. However, by booking, you acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risk.

You confirm that your dog is legally permitted to be in public spaces and is not subject to any restrictions that would affect safe handling, unless discussed in advance.

Equipment & Handling

I use and promote force-free, welfare-led training methods. Any equipment used should align with this approach.

I reserve the right to advise against or decline the use of equipment I feel may cause harm or distress.

Support Between Sessions

Where ongoing support is offered (e.g. via WhatsApp), this is intended for reasonable guidance and follow-up questions related to your sessions. It is not a 24/7 service or a substitute for additional booked sessions.

Liability

While every care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, I cannot accept liability for injury, loss or damage to persons, property or animals during sessions or walks, except where required by law.

Agreement

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
